and then perform with us Friday, May 20, 2022 at 9:00 AM
to open TEDx at the Music Hall in Portsmouth, NH.

YOU DON’T HAVE to be MUSICALLY TRAINED
We will all be learning one dynamic and entertaining song together.
You will be provided with sheet music, part-predominant learning tracks & guidance.
Not to mention all the fun we're going to have!!

Frequently Asked Questions

How many songs will we be singing and what will it be?
We will be singing one song to open the event. In order to have the most impact at the event, the title isn't being shared just yet. We can tell you that it's a popular song from a recent musical that has a very powerful message.

How will we learn the music?
We will start learning it together Monday, April 11th. After that we will provide a web link with part predominant learning tracks so you can work on the music from home in between rehearsals.

Will we be singing with sheet music at the event?
No. The music we will be learning will be memorized.

What are the voice parts?
Sounds of the Seacoast is an acappella chorus that sings in 4-part harmony. The voice parts for this particular piece of music are SSAA and written in women's key.

Can we stay for the event after we sing?
You can, however the organizers aren't able to provide everyone with a complimentary ticket so you will need to order a ticket online.

Is there an age limit for participating?
Not necessarily, however the song we are singing may be challenging for children and the performance is taking place on a school day. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
